We have split Property Management into specialized roles where each Property Manager has focused strength in their specialised field. Our specialised managers focus on their field of expertise, whether it’s preparing your property to be re-let and negotiating your new lease, providing advice on repairs and maintenance, conducting vacate inspections and liaising with tenants to ensure your property is left in a satisfactory condition, and carrying out routine inspections every 4 months to check how your property is being kept throughout the tenancy. Our Principal , Jodi Price , oversees the department and has a very hands on approach to property management and is available to contact anytime.
